We currently have six depots and are the sole IVECO dealer group in Scotland. Additionally, we also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises, whilst also offering a wide range of used vehicles.
We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Warranty Administrator to be based at our warranty hub in Muiryfaulds, Forfar.
Working as part of the Service team you would be responsible for the administration of Warranty Claims to our Franchise Manufacturers. We are looking for an individual who is organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines and processes.
Previous Warranty Administration experience is preferable but the position would also suit someone with technical knowledge from a Service Advisor or Workshop Control role.
The key tasks and responsibilities of this role are to:
➡️Produce accurate warranty claims, ensuring that the repair order and all supporting documentation meets the manufacturers required standards.
➡️Submit and reconcile all claims to the manufacturer in a timely manner.
➡️Ensure that any work undertaken meets the manufacture’s requirements and criteria for warranty claims.
➡️Keep up to date with current factory recalls and announcements and communicate this information with relevant colleagues.
➡️Develop and maintain professional, positive working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
The skills and qualities we are looking for are:
➡️Previous warranty experience or have worked within a Service Admin or Workshop Control role.
➡️Good organisational skills with an eye for detail.
➡️Team player with great communication skills.
➡️Driven to achieve targets.
➡️A reliable and committed individual.
